This week the introductions are big confusing change-up, but after some maths, we get all of the official business out of the way and we’re off! Starting with Dom’s decision on the Pitch vs. Pitch from last week, but you’ll have to listen to find out who wins.
This week in the news, Bale wants to join “Star Wars,” Blomkamp is moving on from Alien 5, Ridley Scott moving forward on 3rd Prometheus, with more turmoil for American Gods, and Animaniacs is returning with new episodes! And as an aside, Laser Discs are still cool?
In the “Meanwhile” section: Bill recently consumed The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension, Bone Tomahawk, and Jean-Claude Van Johnson. Ed saw Molly’s Game and a documentary on Spielberg. Uncle Jay goes all “Professor Mode” about Killing Gunther, The Big Sick, and the Criterion Collection releases The Breakfast Club.

Then, the main event, our look at 30 movies coming out in 2018! Halfway through, Dom Torre joins in the fun for a bit.
Emails were a bit different this week, first up a SPECIAL message from Ed’s little brother about our Star Wars: The Last Jedi episode! With a Warning! Warning! Spoiler Alert for The Last Jedi if you haven’t seen it yet! And Wesley asks us what fictional weapon we would want.
